First time I tried Typhus Corrosion... Was great success until I knocked whole pot over, lost all but the slightest dampness from the bottom!
Spilt a couple of pots of wash myself, saw some tales of woe on Facebook so thought it was time to share this slice of pure gold.
Bund is probably the closest term, typically speaking they're walls surrounding things like domestic heating oil tanks etc. Berms tend to be more boundaries to something such as a canal, and a moat is most commonly considered to be full of water anyway. That being said, well done sir, a great idea! One of my most annoying episodes on the painting table consisted of a late night trying to get bikes finished for a day with some mates and a combination of clumsiness and exhaustion meant I knocked a whole pot of Agrax Earthshade all over my paint station. And the desk. And my trousers. That's a stain that's difficult to explain to people!
The probably for me is I've been told 'bund' is an Asian word for arse... hence my reluctance to use it.
As someone who has knocked over many a bottle I thank you for the tip Dave.
Hope it helps.
hehe, I remember spending about half an hour trying to salvage a spilled pot with a teat pipette. I had to strain the resulting fluid to get all the bits out. Good tip!
Done it with brushes and they all get screwed in the end :(
You underestimate my ability to spill fluids all over my workbench!
What you get up to in the privacy of your own hobby area is up to you ;) I make no judgement.
