#DreadTober Adeptus Titanicus - Warhound Titans - Highlights and decals

Afternoon #WarhammerCommunity it's the sixth of #DreadTober2026 and I've been #PaintingWarhammer on my Adeptus Titanicus Warhound Titans. Realising that perhaps some highlights might be beneficial before adding the remaining decals I cracked on.

Grer, yellow and blue highlights splodged on to give that mottled effect. Then, when it came to adding the decals I felt the blue carapace, even though perfectly split with the heraldry, seemed a little overwhelming on the side without stripes. So I added a chain decal.

Identification numbers on the back. Having used up all the 2 digit and a Greek letter decals from the Armiger kit I'm now having to create my own from the various sized numbers supplied. Very fiddly trying to get the spacing correct.

The left Warhound needed a little something on the side of the carapace. I'm not sure the kill markings work alongside the winged griffon head, but these a re just small rolls of the dice. They either work or they don't but it's not destroying the overall model. Battle damage next

As you can see the Porphyrions are way behind schedule here. I've sorted the yellow out and added in the black panels.

But all of the red needs doing and black chevrons. Not forgetting the marble on the bases.

Despite the size of them they can still be a little overwhelming. But it surprises me how quick something actually gets done when I focus.

So I'm going to put in a full session in trying to bring them up to speed and back on track with the Warhounds.

It's still tight as I've got the hobby shed on Thursday and I do want to go to the cinema and see Laika studio's Wildwood. Can I get them done in time?
