Now I'm starting their highlights but it was handy to have done this menial task to help streamline the next stage.
But on top of that I also did the bases as well. Still to do the bonewhite chips but that's a later step.
Von Ryan's Leapers, and I;ve just discovered the new Combat Patrol magazine has another 3 of these in issue 2, so if I can get that there'll be another 3 to add to the brood.
Alternatively I could add the old Lictors as they're almost the same size now. My Deathleaper and painted Lictor with this one makes a full brood of 6! Not that I'll ever play them! 😂
Nice work, mate. Those Nids have been pretty fun to play against, too, if you dip your toes back into 10th Ed.
ReplyDeleteMay well dip again but I foresee my knights being my 'go to' army for playing. It's just the easiest for me to get my head around, fewer models, less to worry about.
DeleteThat said, the hobby crew are all over Star Wars legion at the moment. I'm just there to roll the odd dice and laugh at the 'murder bears' savaging Otty's beloved Stormtroopers! I'm not even getting any figures, although there are some pretty amazing 3D printed Jawas out there, but you need rules and game cards for them, which don't come with 3D prints...
